Description:
- The astronomical telescope altazimuth mount is a pan tilt system suitable for visual inspection of astronomical telescopes, and belongs to a purely manual operation tracking system.
- The design concept adopts a symmetrical friction disc design; Structurally abandoning the traditional friction table that relies solely on friction plates to maintain load-bearing capacity, the rigidity problem is solved by multiple sets of bearings. Damping is provided by dedicated damping plates, and the body provides damping and locking torsion (only for static locking, unable to rotate or withstand large torque when locked).
- The horizontal axis disc surface is 80mm, and the vertical axis disc surface is 90mm. It can be installed with various types of dovetail grooves and can also be conveniently installed on various three legged surfaces; Both sides are equipped with counterweight rod screw holes to expand the stable kit, providing M20*1.5 screw holes; In terms of weight, the body weighs about 2KG.
