- SQA85 is a celestial telescope with an aperture of 85mm, a focal length of 408mm, and a native focal ratio of F4.8. The SQA85 star point performs exceptionally well, with excellent full field illumination and MTF performance.
- SQA85 is a five piece fully separated design, including 2 pieces of SD glass, supporting full frame shooting.
- SQA85 is a Petzval structure that does not require additional calculation of post intercept. It can be used by focusing between a connection distance of 40mm to 70mm.
- The light shield of SQA85 is designed to be extendable and can be extended or retracted according to actual usage.
- The clamp of SQA85 is an integrated double clamp with a hollow center to reduce the overall weight. There are 6 M4 and M6 threaded holes designed on both sides of the clamp, which are convenient for installing the base or dovetail plate and connecting various accessories. The top handle of the hoop is equipped with a multifunctional star seeking lens base groove, which can be used to install various astronomical accessories. The bottom dovetail plate of the clamp is a standard Vixen type 290mm dovetail plate.
- The SQA85 focusing device is a dual speed gear rack type large 2.8-inch high rigidity focusing device, compatible with the vast majority of electric focusing devices on the market. The focusing stroke is 32mm, and the focusing cylinder is engraved with high-precision scales. Each side of the focusing device is equipped with a seeker base, which not only allows for easy replacement of the seeker position without disassembly, but also provides more space for installing other astronomical accessories.
- The SQA85 lens barrel is equipped with various specifications of adapter rings at the end, all of which are designed with serrated edges for easy replacement without slipping. The specifications of the connecting ring are M48/M54/M68, which can be used to connect various shooting accessories.
