Nano Light Adventurer Equatorial Mount Integrated Built-in Laser Pointer with Latitude Adjustment Base
Description:
- Nano Light Pocket Equatorial Mount is designed based on an open-source scheme. It uses EESP32S dual-core main control chip. It supports stellar speed, moon speed and custom rotation speed. It also supports switching between the northern and southern hemispheres. It can be used as a gimbal head for time-lapse photography. It can be controlled by DIP switches and WIFI web wirelessly, not limited to devices. No need to download an APP. It is ready to use when it is powered on. And it can be powered by a power bank.
Measured tracking accuracy (non-limit value):
- 24mm lens: 5 minutes of exposure for a single photo without streaking
- 70mm lens: 4 minutes
- 200mm lens: 1 minute
- 450mm lens: 30 seconds
Attention:
- Equatorial mount tracking time is affected by a variety of factors. Misalignment of the polar axis, wind, tripod shaking, etc. can cause star trailing. The above data were obtained with the laser pointer roughly aligned with the polar axis. The data is for reference only. If the polar axis is aligned precisely, the actual exposure time of a single photo will exceed the above data.
Integrated Laser Pointer:
- The green laser module is pre-installed directly on the housing, eliminating the need to purchase an additional laser indicator. It is easier to align the polar axis. The laser module has a high degree of parallelism with the main axis of the equatorial mount, and the accuracy of polar axis alignment is also higher.
- The equatorial mount is designed with a PETG-CF housing. It means that the shell is made from PETG and carbon fiber (CF).
Other Features:
- 3000:1 reduction gear set
- Type C port to supply power. Without built-in battery
- Your gimbal with a standard quick-release plate clamp can be used directly, thanks to a 38mm Arca-Swiss quick release baseplate at the bottom of the equatorial mount
- The output shaft is a standard 1/4-inch screw, and a ball head is required for the connection to a camera. Since most of the ball head bottom screw holes are 3/8 inches, please purchase a 1/4 to 3/8 screw sleeve separately.
Warning:
- All screws are coated with threadlocker, and disassembling them without permission will cause damage to the equipment.
Latitude Adjustment Base Features:
- Metal latitude adjustment base for equatorial base
- Bottom screw hole: 3/8 thread
- The quick-release clamp is a standard 38mm plate for Arca-Swiss
- All-metal CNC process and anodized sandblasting
- Load capacity of 15kg
Package Included:
- 1 x Equatorial Mount with Built-in Laser Pointer
- 1 x Latitude Adjustment Base
