Effortlessly Connect Multiple Devices:
- 4x USB 2.0, 2x DC12V 10A, 1x USB Type-C
- USB 2.0 ports for your focuser, filter wheel, and mount; DC 12V 10A input/output ports for reliable power; USB Type-C port for fast file transfers -- you can focus on shooting stunning images without worrying about connectivity issues.

Ample Storage, Explore Without Limits:
- With 256GB eMMC storage, the ASI585MC/MM Air allows you to catch multiple targets with ease. Rigorously tested with over 300 benchmarks, it ensures system stability. Plus, the USB 2.0 ports support up to 1TB external storage, giving you plenty of room for all your astrophotography needs.

For Starvis 2 4K Sensor:
- Image Sensor Technology Beyond the Human Eye’s Sensitivity.
- Equipped with the upgraded STARVIS 2 image sensor, supporting a higher dynamic range.
- With this technology, the sensitivity and signal-to-noise ratio of the ASI585MM Air are greatly enhanced, delivering exceptional image quality.

No Amp Glow:
- The ASI585MM Air exhibits zero amp glow, which ensures extremely clean dark-field images. No matter how long the exposure and how the gain value, you can easily shoot high-quality astrophotographs.
- Note: It is implemented directly at the hardware level, it does not require software control.

Dual-Band Wi-Fi for Stable Signal:
- Experience unparalleled connectivity with our enhanced external dual-band antenna, supporting both 2.4G and 5G frequencies and offering stable and smooth usage within 20 meters.
- Cross-Platform Device Control: Except from ASIAIR App, ASI2600MC Air can also wirelessly connect to ZWO’s proprietary PC control software, for ASIStudio, and also other 3rd-party PC software. 3rd-party software can be controlled through ASCOM extended protocol Alpaca (requires ASCOM Platform version V6.6 or higher).
- Note: 2.4G has a longer transmission distance but slightly slower speed compared to 5G. The 20-meter range is based on multiple tests of the 2.4G frequency in open areas.

Get Fully Control of Your Entire Rig at Your Fingertips:
- Powered by ZWO’s patented technologies, featuring smartphone connectivity and OTA upgrades for a seamless astrophotography experience.
- Connect, shoot, and upgrade effortlessly -- astrophotography made smart and fun.

Instant Post-Processing and Sharing:
- Live stack is supported during your imaging session. You may also make adjustments to brightness, contrast and others on the final image. Instantly share your masterpieces on social media platforms and astronomy communities, making your work stand out.

Efficient Cooling, Superior Image Quality:
- The two-stage TEC cooling system lowers the CMOS sensor temperature by 30°C-35°C below ambient, effectively reducing dark current generation.
- Even during long exposures of several hundred seconds, noise remains minimal.
- Note: The lower the ambient temperature, the smaller the cooling differential.
- Based on tests at 30°C ambient temperature. Cooling efficiency decreases as ambient temperature drops, and operation below -20°C is not recommended.

Low Read Noise, High Dynamic Range:
- The camera has a built-in HCG mode, which can effectively reduce read-out noise at high gain and allow the camera to maintain the same high dynamic range as it does at low gain. When the gain is 200, the HCG mode is automatically turned on and the Dynamic range reaches a level close to 12bit. The read-out noise is as low as 0.7e.

Quantum Efficiency:
- After “ZWO Laboratory” calculation, the peak quantum efficiency of ASI585MM Air is 91%.
- Data source: This data is from ZWO Laboratory. The actual quantum efficiency peak value is subject to real-world data.

Built-in Filters:
- The ASI585MM Air camera is equipped with an AR (Anti-Reflective) coated protective window, which enhances light transmission and minimizes reflections.

Image Circle Compatibility Reference:
- Please refer to the diagram below to understand how ASI585MC/MM Air cameras match with various telescope image circles.
- ZWO Air cameras are compatible with telescopes that support APS-C or larger image formats.
- Note: When using a telescope with an APS-C image circle, you may notice slight distortion in the guide star. If you’re looking for more accurate and stable guiding performance, we recommend using a telescope with a full-frame or larger image circle.
